App is broken
This app is broken it will not let you make an account jut put phone number in and get an error message when trying to fill out profile, no option to skip and no way to contact support!! Seen another review with the same issue allegedly fixed already clearly it is not

I’ll make it past the phone number verification code but after that, all I get is sorry there a issue
Error on login
Enter my phone number, got the code. Goes to “fill out profile” and it says “oh snap! Something went wrong, please try again” sad you can’t even get into even the app without running into an issue
Phone number issue
Tried it and said my number had an account already and I never had one. Thought it would be a good app, but already having issues.
No account
I downloaded the app, type in my cell number it said I have an account already and I never downloaded or created the app before. When I typed in my number to see the account that I supposedly created and I got an error message.
Can’t Signup
Wanted to try this but it just tells me that my number has an account or that something went wrong. Will change review if this gets resolved and a better experience is provided.

Finally had a video chat
The lobby can be a bit empty, but after finally having a video call -- I'm hooked!
Lots of potential, just needs more people
The app looks great and the avatars are really cool, but there's not enough people in the lobby to chat with. Will be awesome if it was more active.
Data harvesting scam, missing anime, zero respect for privacy
I don't usually review apps but this one is an obvious data harvesting scam. Look at the privacy information below. They straight up tell they will track and sell every bit of information imaginable that the can harvest about you. I strongly suggest you avoid this app if you just naively saw an ad about it on social media.
I. App requires a phone number first thing even though every security expert has spread awareness about how insecure SMS logins are
II. App requires "photo verification" which is definitely not for anyone's safety but almost certainly so they have a scan of your face to sell off to who knows who (attached to your phone number which is also probably attached to a bunch of your other important accounts)
(Also all of the people having trouble verifying is perhaps because there is no actual service and they just take your info and run.)
III. Even when you're just on the main app menu doing nothing, the app is still accessing your camera as clearly seen. Even Snapchat doesn't access your camera while you're just on a menu. It also wants mic access which I bet it also constantly surveils, not that I know as I stopped the madness there.
And oh of course it wants your location too, to "match you with people close to you". Because people who are into anime would definitely not be the type who might also be interested in exploring global dating... like with Japanese people? Or just people outside of their area in general?
As a bonus it is also missing multiple classic anime in its selector while still having random H anime with uncensored NSFW thumbnails popping right out at you. Don't use it in public.
This is not an app by anime fans for anime fans. This is almost certainly quick operation by the usual suspects to get some cheap identities and quick info to sell off to the highest bidder. There are better and far more private ways to connect with other anime fans online. Avoid this one.
Maybe this perception can change if they redesign this app with any sort of respect for privacy and connect with an anime database that actually has all anime in it. Until then I strongly suggest staying away.

We definitely do NOT harvest or sell user data. All our app is connected to AniList, so our database is 100% up to date.
It needs work
They have you verifying everyday, the app looks nice but I don’t think the verification system works, I’ve been trying to verify and it keeps restarting my whole sign up process
