Can not add device!
Device add feature, QR reader or manual add not functional.
Doesn’t work
I am unable to add a device. There is no QR code on my sensecap and no key or eui to enter manually.
JSON issue
Not being able to sign in due to a JSON character issue in your apps code. Specifically when signing in to the Global server with a known and verified user account. Please troubleshoot your code and push an update to your site. Thank you.
Cannot Add Device
I have attempted adding a new S2101 Air Temperature and Humidity Sensor in the app dashboard. Whether I attempt scanning the QR or attempt adding the EUI and KEY manually it just displays the message “Device Added” but no devices show in the dashboard and the app does not bring any other prompts up. I have also attempted updating the firmware via the app from 2.2 to 2.4. The app says the device has upgraded but when I reconnect and check the version it still says 2.2 unfortunately. Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

It‘s easy to use and perfect working with multiple SenseCAP sensors. Checking the realtime LoRaWAN data on App is SUPER!
