No good

Kept kicking me out as I was entering my data. No information on molds. Location wouldn't add and kept saying no internet. Deleting.

Works great šŸ‘

I’m a little confused 🫤 about the subscription/ IAP. Promo says free.

Thank you šŸ™ I downloaded it and the allergy warning is accurate.

However there is nothing to confirm lifetime free bc there is no onboarding or iAP subscription confirmation which often means if I happen to remove or offload the app & reinstall at a later stage when I need to check air pollution there could be a fee. Can you please confirm? Or add the onboarding lifetime free which?

Apart from needing that confirmation. The app is great and helpful for anyone with environmental allergies 🤧

No sensors in my area.

The closest sensor to my area is miles away in a city 45 minutes south of me. I would like my money back as I can’t use your app.

Australia ONLY

This app does not provide data for US cities.

Great app for allergic people!

One of the best apps to help people with allergies to manage their meds and track symptoms! Must have for every allergic!

How to get the device?

Desperate to get the Sensio pollen counter for indoors so I can predict & take measures to prevent my severe hayfever, which is debilitating. However, can’t find the Sensio air device on sale anywhere? It’s the only device in the world that can detect grass pollen apparently.

Seriously? I need to pay to see if it works

I don’t even know if there’s a weather station near me. The hassle of cancelling a trial isn’t worth it if the app is clearly made by scum.

Paid account required to even try app

I can’t even try the app without paying for an account. Pretty disappointing- I have paid for apps in the past if they meet my needs but I won’t pay for one without even being given a chance to try it and see the features first.

7 days free Only!

Can’t proceed beyond tutorial without agreeing to subscription plan with 7 day free trial $32 yearly.

Dodgy

Makes you subscribe before telling you whether it actually has your location.

Some problems with app.

I tried to add a symptom but each time after I had done so it told me I had added no symptoms. The app seemed to have nothing else to offer.

Can not specify my city

Most apps use location services to get info that his super local. I can’t get closer than 250 miles. My local weather on the Gulf Coast is way different than the Atlantic coast. I’m looking for a way to log my asthma symptoms against weather and air quality. I need local weather not weather 250 miles away. I’ll be asking for a refund unless some support and richer features emerge.

Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You are right, most app seem hyperlocal but they actually use data extrapolation to give you the air quality in your location which is absolutely not reliable. We are working hard to expand our network of sensors and hopefully your location will be included soon

Unfortunately appears to be totally inaccurate

I have a high quality outdoor pollution monitor which tracks pm2.5 and pm10 and it matches up perfectly to the government run aqi sensors. They all are showing practically no air pollution in the whole country while the Sensio app is showing extremely high levels of pm 2.5 and pm 10 for the last couple days. Same is true of some gases which don’t at all match what’s reported by official sensors.

This makes me not at all trust their other readings, though I have nothing to compare to.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be for real.

Crippled?

App worked on a basic level before but now you’re forced to subscribe yearly for it to function? Isn’t this against App Store policies? Quite sure it requires some limited functionality.

Feels like bait and switch

Sadly, though I was initially impressed suddenly opened app today to be told I had 7 day trial otherwise $27 subscription.

Maybe there was a glitch and I was enjoying for free but prior to this was getting used to and trialling things like tracking symptoms. Having never completed that, can’t comment on its full functionality.

What I liked is it was a clean and straightforward interface but since it lacks the depth of detail with other premium apps, am not impressed by the sudden rush to charge. Moreover, it’s that it happened seemingly without warning.

I wanted to write to the company to ask whether I had missed something but to submit feedback required too many personal details including work email etc. As though they are uninterested in consumer feedback.

You have to subscribe now

I really liked this app, but they recently put everything behind a paywall. The app is totally non-functional unless you subscribe.

Lame

Not a great app to begin with. Poor interface due logging multiple symptoms, no way to track your symptoms to allergens. I was using it because it was free, now it’s $19.99 a year for the same thing? Not worth it.

Poor Alaska

No Anchorage?

Location

I live in Indiana, United States. There are only locations for big cities. So since there is no way to set location to my city I have no idea what the allergen and pollution rating is therefore doesn’t really help me any.

Not working properly

Looks great but isn’t logging allergens only pollutants. That isn’t helping me.
