What's New in SensorKit

2.0.1

May 5, 2022

Modified the Fahrenheit temperature display to not feature any decimals, since that's how they are displayed in the Home app as well. Fixed some typos.

Doesn’t work at all.

I think this is abandoned. I laid the $2 and got nothing. I can see my sensors but clicking them does nothing. Hasn’t been update in 3 years.

Missing Temperature and Humidity sensor data from HomePod

The HomePods provide temperature and humidity data in the official Apple Home app.
Unfortunately, this data cannot be displayed in the widget, making it useless in my case, since I do not have dedicated temperature and humidity sensors.

Extremely disappointed in this app.

First failure, it does not allow you to show the sensors embedded within the HomePod mini. They just don’t appear in the list. Second failure, when showing a Hive thermostat the value shown is the value the thermostat is set to heat to, not the current temperature. Really a shame because the widget design is top notch, but really not a good app.

Slow, and doesn’t seem to work at all on iPad

The iOS version works fairly well, although updates are slow and often require opening the app to trigger.

I also installed this on iPadOS, and after two or three days the widgets have never displayed a value.

Nice Simple Design But Got App Has Bigs

This apps has a very nice and simple design which is what I was after. But the sensors readings don't update in the widget. I’ve tried to contact the developer but he does not respond either.
Don’t waste your time or money with the app unless the issues are addressed.
