Erroneous values become your permanent record
The app is hyper-eager to record any value — no matter how illogical— that the scale transmits. And the worse part is, there is no way to delete those erroneous measures. So the moment you move your scale, or your son steps on it, you have delete your entire record and start from zero. _Incredibly annoying_ Either let us chose the bad measures to delete, or implement logic that understands one does not lose over 90% of their mass overnight.

Since the update the data is inaccurate. My BMI and body fat levels are measuring well within the healthy range yet it’s calling me obese.
App broken
The app does not detect my body fat even although it’s you body fat analyser scales . Seemed to stop since 2019. Please fix . The app was basic and functional .
Won’t sync with Fitbit App any longer
Prior to yesterday’s update the scale and results used to be able to automatically sync to the Fitbit app.
Response from developer

Lost some of my data. Press setting it takes you out of the app back to your home screen. Scales do not stay connected. Have to re sync every use. What the mess with something that worked perfectly well to some things that

Useful
I am not sure about all of the negative feedback as I found the app to be extremely useful. I am not morbidly obese and could easily set my goals. If there are any negative comments at all it that it would be useful to call up a graph historically to view each of the elements in turn but this is only a small issue. One the whole I am more than happy with it.

Apple Health
As of right now the app won’t sync with Apple Health even though everything has been allowed. I’m weighting to get my smart scale and we will see what happens. Right now the app is horrible.
Worrying
I bought these scales to simply monitor my weight, but I was interested to see the stats, however I don’t take any notice of this info as it’s clearly inaccurate.
It’s worrying that people with body image or some eating disorders may come in to contact with technology like this.
I am a muscular female with a reasonably athletic body and it says I have low muscle and i’m chubby. I have about 4/5 lbs to lose to be at my target weight.
I do not see how it is possible to get the amount of information through metal strips that make contact with my feet.
It seems this is another bit of technology to make money and draw in consumers to buy technology that doesn’t work and could potentially make people feel they are fat or have health issues. I am someone who can look at my body and see when I need to lose a few pounds but for someone with body dysmorphia or other related disorders this could be very dangerous.

Awful
Awful. Doesn’t synch. Waste of money
Great so far
Great so far, but I share the scale with a roommate and accidentally logged their weight onto my account. I can’t remove it, so it’s kinda stuck there.
Not sure why others scored 1
Had no problem syncing the phone with app and all the metrics become saved and quick to recall. Can set weight target to any amount.
Only suitable for the morbidly obese
If you are looking for an app which syncs with your scales, don’t use this one. It includes a function whereby you can set yourself your goal weight as your personal weight challenge, sounds great, but the lowest goal setting is 30 stone - great if you are morbidly obese, but to the average person looking to reduce weight, it’s useless. According to today's weigh in, I’m 120 stone over my target!! And at just over 10 stone, I can’t work out the maths on that one.
Oh and the feedback function on the app doesn’t work either.

Rubbish
A total waste of time and money. Bluetooth will not sync and the app will not function without the connection. Scales weigh okay and are fine otherwise.
