About

Know how ready your body is today, and where. Sensus gives every player a staff of their own: Performance, Medical and Recovery, reading your training, your sleep and how you feel, so you know when to push and when to hold back. YOUR READ, EVERY DAY One readiness score built from your training, sleep, heart rate and how your body feels. See exactly what is dragging it down and what is lifting it, and which muscles are still recovering from your last session. How you feel can hold your readiness or lower it, but never lift it above what your body's data shows. TAP WHERE IT FEELS OFF Your body map takes a few taps. Mark anywhere that feels loose, stiff or sore, front or back, and add a note if you want. If something hurts, Sensus walks you through it in three taps. YOUR OWN STAFF Performance plans your days around training and your next match. Medical keeps an eye on anything that has been sore for longer than usual for you, with a few gentle minutes of upkeep. Recovery sets your wind down each night from your own sleep and the time you wake. Most days, today is covered and nothing needs you. With AI on, ask any of them a question about your body, right from their room. WHEN YOUR BODY AND DATA DISAGREE Feel stiff while your signals read strong? Feel great on a short night? Sensus shows you the gap, because that is where the most useful insight lives. KNOW WHEN SORENESS HANGS AROUND Sensus learns how fast you usually recover, so it can tell you when something is taking longer than it normally does for you, and when it is worth showing a physio. READY FOR MATCHDAY Link your club with its code to see your next match counting down, with anything still recovering lined up against kick off. When your club turns them on, book a time with their staff, read their messages, and get a look back at your month. YOUR TRAINING, YOUR NORMAL Your training by week against your own previous twelve. Not a target, and not anyone else's average. Missed a session on your watch? Add it in a few taps. THE CONSENSUS See what has helped players like you, from the research and from people who move like you. Patterns only show once enough people share them. WORKS WITH YOUR WEARABLE Reads from Apple Health, so it works with Apple Watch, Whoop, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Polar and more: sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, steps and workouts. YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL Your data stays on your phone unless you choose to share it: with a club you link, with the Consensus without your name, or with the optional AI. No ads. We never sell your data. BUILT BY A PLAYER Sensus was built by an exercise science student and former representative player who was injury prone, with nobody maximising her availability and no way to see what she was doing right and wrong for her body. Sensus is the staff she never had. Sensus is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It never clears you to train or play. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
