Good app but now I am not able to open settings tried many times I recommend for families but they complain that they can’t open settings too.please fix the problem

This app is great. My little pk students are learning to put words together to make sentences. We read a new book every two weeks. For example, this week we are reading Brown Bear Brown Bear. I am able to take all the pictures from the book and make sentences. Awesome.
