No customer service.
I downloaded and paid $49.99 for credit which is shown as the maximum payable option. The website gave me only 15000 credit. When I attempted to connect, it still asks me to pay the max amount to top up the credit. Should I pay more money to try this service?

Does not work
Cannot connect to wallet, cannot create new wallet. Just gives error saying “Error cannot connect.” It’s broken and just useless.
