Associated Press articles are so slanted that they are unreadable. You should save your money and cancel AP. I get my National news from Breitbart. SR is for local news.

I like your newspaper but sometimes getting in is a pain. I use your apt but why ask for password? It happens when I access newspaper.

Poor value Sentinel Record
I get MLive out of Michigan for $60/ year. $29/ year for Sentinel Record is a poor value for a digital paper. I have my own iPad and don’t need to rent theirs.
Breaking News
I really like this app. I’ve been using it for over a year and I see where others have had problems with expired logins but that is just not the case with me. I’m an iPhone user so maybe it has something to do with that. I love getting live updates/alerts on local news that I wouldn’t be able to get anywhere else. I also like the format. It looks just like a newspaper and is super interactive with stories, ads, and everything else. It really takes it to another level. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic
I love the new digital paper. I was hesitant at first because I enjoyed my morning paper with my coffee. But after a week or two the new app grew on me. Now on a lazy morning I can read my paper without having to get out of bed. Love all the extra puzzle pages too!! Plus who doesn’t love a free iPad.

I love that the Sentinel Record app alerts me of local breaking news.
Store ads
I have had both the paper for a number of years and now the digital version for about one year. We do not receive any advertisements with the digital copy of the newspaper anymore . I have placed five phone calls asking why. I either get a reply of “I don’t know” or transferred to voice mail that never returns my call, or “that is expensive and we don’t do the digital ads anymore”which made no sense to me.
My wife and I both read and use the digital ads. I have canceled my subscription, since I don’t receive what I originally ordered.
I would be glad to renew the paper if the ads were brought back back.

No HER
I use the Sentinel Record app and really like it but .....for over a year there has been no option to download the HER supplement. I have called the SR office twice and am told they will look in to it and call me back. They never called.
Expired login
Gives me no clue how to extend or purchase more time to read the paper?
Review
The Sentinel Record, is very informative well written and good format. I would to see more regional coverage, Hot Springs Village, Jeesieville etc. other than sports.

I usually must completely sign out and then sign back in again each day to get the new issue.
Great till it changed
I'd give this 5 stars if they brought back the ability to turn the phone sideways and read the columns wider. Otherwise the app has been trouble free and easy to use sense the most recent upgrade.
