I can’t open my app
I just moved out of country and now I can’t even open the app won’t even let me open or upload nothing. This company is the worse

This app is terrible
Doesn’t work, just says invalid response from server. If your company is trying to use this for their 401k run far away and put it in your own IRA this is the worst 401k plan and app there is

App Buggy and Slow
The app is slow and probably doesn’t have proper authentication since I can see account information prior to Face ID triggering. Additionally, the app regularly won’t let me log in claiming I need to update my app. Even though my app is up to date. Wouldn’t choose this 401k program if I had choices.

HORRIBLE
Unbelievably slow if you actually get into the app after it loading forever. Most of the time it doesn’t even load.
Crashing
Finally after getting the log in to work, if I try to view the all important documents, the app crashes. I put in around $9k and it has stayed basically the same. Starting to wonder if this company is just a joke. It was easy to transfer my retirement from a different company over, but now I’ve tried to out it into a retirement with my bank, and wow the hoops you have to jump through meanwhile I am not gaining anything on the initial investment, in fact if I understand the graph correctly I lost money during several months before ending up where I started
