Broken and not supported
Paid for the premium app but its just broken and there is no support and no effort to make it work for more than a month or two per year
No or slow
I‘m a paying user. Since weeks there is slow or even no load of my keywords. Change of load speed does not help. Google captcha even with 10 seconds delay. Only first two are loaded then full stop.
What’s wrong with the app and why don’t you provide updates? Going to cancel the subscription now, as I read same by other users. As I paid until 28, I urge you to update .

After 5 years the App no longer works
I’ve pace for pro for over 5 years and it no longer works, support doesn’t work in the app either.
I’ve tried all recommendations to resolve and still not working. Been this was for a couple of weeks now.

No Longer Works
I've been a long-term subscriber to this app. Since Google dropped the ability to request a search engine results page (SERP) of 100 organic results the app no longer works. Developer non-responsive. Original 5 star rating dropped to 1 as I can't score SEO Edge with a zero. The whole point of a subscription basis is that your app will remain fresh and updated. Will be requesting a refund for this past year and suggesting that the app is removed from the App Store.

We have to click on the 5 words to refresh them each day and only 5 makes it difficult to check how a website is going.

Full subscription which I can’t view
Great app when it’s working but even though I’ve paid for a year subscription it won’t show me anything more than the free content. Tried to contact the creators to ask for help but haven’t heard back.
Customer Service No Good
After an issue with the App which was they say a fault on googles part, my paid subscription disappeared out of my account. I contacted them twice but no answer. I don’t want to pay twice.

Waste of time
App no longer works and they do not respond to emails. They are happy enough to take your money though. Avoid has now become a scam!
