Poorly done app
The app is slow to begin with. Creating an account is taking ages, it’s only a few minutes but in today’s day and age, if you want someone to use the app and quickly go onto your loyalty program, you need to only capture 2 most important things. Name an email.
And for God sake, allow them to do the email verification after not within the form of creating an account. You can easily set a schedule task, to send people reminder to confirm their email if not they are loyalty points will get delete.
You need to really understand your objective, otherwise it will be really hard to have anyone onboard your program.

Can’t Order Anymore
I would use the app to order all the time and normally when you click “Order from your table”, it would open camera to scan the table code. Now, it doesn’t do that. Scanning the code with camera app just takes me to App Store download page and doesn’t register the table on the app.
All and all, I can no longer order on the app.
Apart from the obvious issue here which needs fixing, I also would like to recommend something. It is currently impossible to get reward unless you order from the app. I think it would be nice if there was a way to order at the till but still get points on the account. By either the till scanning some QR code or giving the till your app generated code. Or at the very least, be able to scan the receipt on the app to get the reward points!

I just want to order my meal
If I sit at the restaurant and want to order,
I want to be able to do so without having to download anything, going through the buggy form and filling up my personal details.
In the end it’s easier to get up and order everything myself.

Verification email never arrived
Wasted 10m trying to order from our table because the email verification never arrived (and still hasn’t a day after).
The actual flow to find dishes and move to checkout was okay.
