A bit clunky
I can order fine, but I don’t get an email receipt or a text notice like I do when I order off the website.
useless app
the two times i’ve used the app my order was somehow not in the system upon picking up, yet i got a confirmation within the app. my points also never were added either.. so don’t waste your time
Redeem rewards
App shows rewards, asks to redeem and then does not show up in payment. Hit or miss whether credit card will work, had to reinstall or gave up and went to website. No info to contact company on how to redeem over 2,000 points
App worked until a week ago
When you get to the payment section, card failed every time. Tried multiple cards still the same result. I reinstalled the app and still the same thing. No real point to the app if you can’t order and accumulate points.
Non-Functional
This app works until you get to the payment screen and then it just continues to spin. Would absolutely use it if it worked. This issue needs to be fixed or customers can’t order online, on mobile, or ahead of time.
