Poorly Designed App
A very poorly designed app. It accepts multiple booking for the same Time Slot. It takes ages to open at every stage. It is Not worth the time and energy spent in booking a playing slot. It may be better to revert to the earlier option of first come first served/ Tee-Off.
Glitches
Some glitches. 1. Even after showing slot available for booking and progress to team formation, the final result is slot already booked. Why moving all the way for this. Once the flow has started it is presumed that slot is booked awaiting only complete team entry. 2. Slot is available in thumbwheel but booking is not going through. Indicating slot already booked. Repeatedly and at some time slot removed. Frustrating. 3. Script or BOT interaction is suspected because in a mere 2 min all slots are filled after opening at 6 am. Poor trust in availability of slots and resulting in frustration. 4. More transparent display of slots availability rather than the thumb wheels selection as a process itself. 5. If slots are pre booked by Administartion upfront these need to be displayed before commencement of regular booking time.

Good effort - Needs improvement.
Pros: Responsive team, addresses the concerns immediately.
Suggestions:
1. Time slot option on top can be done away with. Instead Tee 1 /2 when clicked should give available time slots. When a user clicks on particular time slot, it should get blocked for a minute or so for others to enable him to fill the team details. Presently after doing complete excercise one finds the slot is already taken.
2. Provide “ Forgot Password “ option.
3. Some controls to prevent same members booking same slots daily to provide chance to veterans who are not tech savvy & are unable to complete the booking process which gets filled up in less than a minute!!
