Not a good app
I’m can log in and browse but when I click on Serbian icons is opens up but all I get is a blank page. Only half the content is available most of the available things don’t work. I can read my child’s report but unable to message teachers. Unable to see my child’s learning progress or what the school is actually teaching. I’ve deleted and reloaded for up to dating but still doesn’t make a difference.

Would be great to have professional developers testing the app (and the “forgot password” link in the webpage) to bring it up to a reasonable level.

Fix your app, it NEVER loads. I’ve lost count of the number of times I need to go back to the welcome screen to try again or force restart it.
This issue has existed forever. If you are a school and considering this platform please think again. It’s not worth the hassle.

This app is the worst app I have had to use for a school. It never provides notifications, calendars do not adjust format to fit screen, does not display messages. If I didn’t have to use this application I wouldn’t and would likely opt to use pen and paper as a better option.
Pages rarely open
Receive notifications, page doesn’t load when you click on it. Restart the app and then nothing loads. Very poor as parent communication.
Useless
Never shows the messages or results pages. Hard to navigate. Worst app the educational system could ever pay for. AI could write a better app in 5 minutes!

App is unreliable. Stops working, can’t click on certain menu items, results page never opens. Basically doesn’t work or function as it should.
Not the Greatest
I only have to use this for school, which is the only reason I use this. This is very iPad/iPhone unfriendly, as things such as school calendars do not show up in a good format at all unless you are on a laptop or large computer. I also believe that it is unfair to rate literal children (ELC yo year twelve) with a point system unless something terrible has happened. On my school one, simply not bringing a pencil will take in a negative and a chance for a head of household meeting. Small devices show the bare minimum, especially with something worse - reports. If your school releases a report, it comes through up to three weeks later, as the school is required to submit them separately to each individual student; a terrible idea for large schools.
The new update has also made it worse, as the new students were finally used to it and then it changed. It has had most of my school now turned to a remake called Better Sequta.

Blank page
Can not view anything of your child’s progress or anything else.. pain in butt
Terrible app
Never loads, often doesn’t work at all, have to reset each time to find information despite always having the most up to date version. As the primary communication method between my children’s school this app often leaves me frustrated.

Latest update is terrible
The new Logo update is super buggy and has basically made the App unusable. I get white screen of death on every.single.click.
I’m going to have to use the desktop version to get anything done. Suggest you roll it back and try again.

Constant issues
The app has constant issues of not showing anything other than a blank page. Even closing the app and going back in does not fix it. Often the only fixes to restart the iPhone or completely log out of the app and log back in again. There are also issues when typing where if using your voice, it will only do a few words before stopping and you have to restart the voice typing. It has been like this for many years.

New upgrade awful
Since the latest app update where the icon has changed to blue the app doesn’t work at all anymore. Completely non functional and very frustrating as a parent!
