A lot more. A DEF “GET IT NOW” app and an invaluable intellectual and number-crunching investment in the future. Free at the moment (and supposedly guaranteed for early users!) but well worth a small price tag as-is and if developed more.

It includes models of things that are enormously difficult to estimate like home insurance costs, property taxes, medical bills, Medicare income penalties.
New features are being added very rapidly without sacrificing app stability. This is clearly well developed software.
It would be even better with:
1. 401k multiple matching levels.
2 HSA, spending strategies: pay medical expense first, or use medical receipt banking to create a tax advantaged emergency fund.
3 Finer granularity on how excess money gets invested. Do I up my my 401k? Roth or pre tax? And so on. Can I save cash until HSA + cash = minimum emergency value, or just cash, and then do Roth conversions?
4. A little more clarity on fenceposts. Does retire at 60 mean I work till my 61st birthday or I work till my 60th birthday? If I have an expense that occurs when I retire, should I say it occurs when I am 60 or 61. This matters a lot. What you do the year you retire has outsized impact on everything downstream from healthcare costs taxes, sequence of return risks, and total retirement expenditure. As is, it is easy to have where numbers in cash flow during this transition year. Also, some events or spending boundaries move with retirement age and some are fixed. Some you can set the behavior. Some you can’t. This makes the impact of changing retirement age difficult to interpret.

Wow thank you for the detailed feedback. Got lucky that I was nearing the next big release and I was able to fit in critical items from this list (including delete buttons in addition to swipe to deletes that I had before). New version is live, please update!

It crashes when I try to delete a life event.
