The City is in Your Pocket with Next-Gen Features
Snap, Send & Track: Instantly report the situations you see in our city to us. With the "Snap & Send" feature, you can send not only complaints but also requests, information, and thank-you messages with photos and location data. Moreover, you can now track the current status of all your submitted requests step-by-step directly through the mobile app.
Map-Based Event Guide: Be instantly informed about concerts, festivals, and seminars in our city. With the new update, you can track events on the in-app map based on their location, add your favorite events to your favorites, and easily plan your calendar. (Don't forget to earn points by checking into events using a QR code!)
"Where is it?" (Nerede?) Serdivan Map: Important city landmarks, facilities, and service areas are right at your fingertips with a single click.
"When was it collected?" (Trash Tracking System): See the nearest trash containers on the map and transparently view exactly when the trash was last collected.
On-Duty Pharmacies with Maps: Reach on-duty pharmacies for your health needs in the fastest and most accurate way, with sketch and map support rather than just a plain address.
Collect Points, Catch the Perks!
Start with 54 Points: True to the spirit of Serdivan, 54 points are instantly in your pocket when you download the app!
Interactive Stories: Keep an eye on the in-app stories. Collect extra points by answering the questions that pop up in the stories.
Rewards Await You: Take advantage of special offers, discounts, and perks at partner businesses using the points you collect by attending events, answering questions, and actively using the app.
One-Click E-Municipality Services
Safely perform debt inquiries and online payments, submit your petitions and applications online, track your documents, and plan your municipal transactions with the appointment system. You can now handle many of your tasks digitally without having to visit the municipality building.
Freedom is in Your Hands: A Personalized Experience
Serdivan Cepte is completely free. It offers the best experience with its user-friendly interface, dark mode support, and quick access menu. Moreover, thanks to the new notification settings, you can customize your preferences to receive notifications only about topics you are interested in; the freedom is entirely in your hands!
