I listened to the entire lullaby playlist several times through while I had surgery in January. I couldn't believe how much it calmed me and just took me to another place!!
I love this music when I am donating blood
I use these playlists to stay calm when I donate blood. I go in so nervous, but when I am listening to the music, I am able to remain calm. I recommend it to anyone donating blood right now for those who need blood transfusions during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Why hasn’t this been done before and why isn’t this available in every hospital and surgery center and for that many dentist offices. Should be good also for folks taking exams
