This app is SOOOO great for keeping everyone on an elder’s care team on the same page. As a geriatric care manager, I use it for communicating with my clients’ caregivers about what the client did, what her mood was like, when she slept, and so many more things. We can share photos, notes, images, and anything else. I love this app. It is easy to use, easy to set up, and can be used for anyone with a smartphone.

Either it doesn’t work or I need some instructions.
I have tried to use this for a couple of months and am very frustrated . I have enabled all notifications, but I never get a notification when the facility posts something…Nowhere does it explain where I would be notified..a text?, an email?, a beep?
Also, can I initiate a message on my end? I’ve sent several messages to the facility that never get answered.
And another thing..what is the “bot”?? Can someone please explain this app to me? Only 4 ratings…does this mean no one actually uses it?
