Good start.
I’m studying to go into psychiatry, so I downloaded the Serenta app to practice working with clients. The first page it took me to was for working with real clients, and it took me a short while to find where everything else was. Once I figured it out, I chose an AI client and got to work, and it went mostly smooth. There were a few quality control questions, which was a good sign.
The next thing I wanted to do was create a bot. This was also fairly easy, and the process was in-depth enough that I didn’t worry about the AI hallucinating or misremembering details about itself. This would be bad given it’s for therapy practice. It’s good to have one that is made specifically for this purpose.
But, see, I was on a time crunch when I was working on this AI client, so I had to leave it unfinished and on private. I figured I would go back later and edit it, finish it, then make it public, but I soon found that there was no way to edit bots, or to delete them for that matter. This presented itself as an issue. I reported it, but there hasn’t been any response or update. It’s mostly why I’m writing a review.
In general, the interface and bot creation is good, and it’s on a proper level for a training therapist. It’s just missing the option to edit and delete AI clients.
