Camera doesn’t focus on the location, and the bar code scan fails every time. Also keeps saying network issue, but there is no network issue

This error is popping up when verify me is tapped. There seems to be a network issue, please check your mobile data or your wifi connection, if the issue persist, contact your administrator for assistance?

CRAP App - do not use
Unbelievably hard app to use - failed 6 times and when I called “support” they had no idea - told me to screenshot and send to the dealer - unbelievable.
Useless app on IOS
First time, on the capture password screen, what I assume is the ‘Proceed’ button, was half concealed off the bottom of the screen and could not be tapped.
Then, I tried twice more, starting from scratch, and the app ‘hung’ on uploading the profile photo.
Total waste of time. Infuriating.
