Servana Worker is the provider app for the Servana service marketplace. It is where service professionals receive work, manage their bookings, and keep track of what they earn. FIND AND ACCEPT WORK See booking requests matched to the services you offer and the areas you cover. Review what the job involves, where it is and when it starts, then decide whether to accept it. MANAGE EVERY JOB IN ONE PLACE Follow each booking from acceptance through arrival to completion. Confirm you are on site, record the work you have done, and attach photo evidence for jobs that require it. GET VERIFIED AND STAY ELIGIBLE Complete your provider profile, upload your identification and credentials, and apply for the service categories you are qualified for. Your documents are reviewed so customers know who they are booking. STAY IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS Message the customer for a booking directly in the app to confirm details, share an update, or agree access arrangements. Notifications tell you when a booking is assigned, changed or cancelled. SET WHEN YOU WORK Set your working availability and book time off, so you only receive bookings when you are genuinely free. FOLLOW YOUR EARNINGS AND YOUR RATING See a breakdown of your completed jobs and what each one earned. Read the ratings and feedback customers leave, and see how your performance affects the work you are offered. GET HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Raise a support case in the app and follow it through to resolution. Servana Worker is for service professionals working with Servana. An approved provider account is required to use the app. Bookings, customers and payments are managed through the Servana platform. Servana operates in the Philippines.
