Ap can’t be reset
Used to have this set up for World Service which closed down. Went to sig. up for Iberico but can’t log into app or rest password. It refers you to the restaurant (which doesn’t operate anymore 🤷♂️) Useless

Great app to track my points at my favourite restaurant. Also great that I can see my future bookings in case I forget when I’m cooked in!
Not fit for purpose
Clunky with no way to reset user name or password when forget. Wallet card doesn't show balance.
Restricted to one restaurant
I signed up to a restaurant and now there’s no other way to log or have another restaurant which is making booking a reservation incredibly difficult as I’m now restricted to one restaurant.

After a very long winded registration process.
And very annoying enter date of birth ddmmmyyyy (you have to spell your birthday in the middle) finally registered for it to not recognise my restaurant of choice. Waste of time.
