Requires uninstalling and reinstalling to work

I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it very often, sometimes on a daily basis for the synchronization to work. It says “something went wrong” when syncing. I log out and back in and it still fails, the only way it works is to completely uninstall and reinstall the app every time that error appears
