Useless app!
Firstly, check spellings - “Frist name”.
Second, it gives me no option to add a car or address, it keeps telling me to add one, but then gives me no option to add one. As a result makes the app useless.

Horrible Service
Car was supposed to be delivered 2 times over 24 hours ago. No phone call, no contact. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Stay away from this scam.
High recommend
Excellent service
Awful service.
Do NOT use this service at any cost! Car return damaged.
Poor service end-to-end
Avoid ServiceMyCar completely. Whilst the app may appear to look impressive, the service was not.
Once they inspect the car, the company will send you a list of ‘essential’ items uncovered during the service that need to be addressed. Thinking this to be the full diagnostic, you might be tempted to pay in full. Do not. They then send a subsequent diagnostic with even more items (likely exceeding the value of your car). The lack of transparency and the laundry list of repairs needed seems disingenuous at best, and deceitful and duplicitous at worst.
When returning the vehicle, they will ask for a signature and full payment without having sent any form of invoice.
Avoid ServiceMyCar and use the traditional route of getting a recommended garage from friends or family.

Not worth it
- I applied for the basic service package and the delivery took more than 30 hours. If I will take it my self it wont take more than 10 hours.
- Poor customer service
- Expensive if you consider the value that they bring
I don’t recommend it.

Excellent app, easy to use
My adviser was very polite and helpful . Thank you. Got my car back within the time allocated.
App can’t start, thinks phone is rooted
Very unfortunate.
Review
Company only interested in sales. App is very good with showcasing the issues with your car with videos and work that needs to be done. Post verification of work being done not shown though so difficult to verify. Additionally when I got my car back there were car parts missing. Followed up with company for 1+ week with 1 acknowledgement they would look into it and no further follow up despite repeated calls and emails to find out how parts are missing from my car. Not sure if this is a one off experience but it has been my experience so I would be cautious using the service

Numerous problems with service
I am appalled by the recent service of my 2017 Kia Sportage. Below are the facts (from my perspective) that are leading me to my opinion of the transaction. I sent the below message to the company prior to making this review as a courtesy and chance for them to respond. They never did.
1. App crashes when you go to the 'My Services' section to look at the specifics involved. This is still happening as of this moment.
2. The total service took 9 days which was about 5 days too long. Normal service, 2 tires, and an AC fix. Near the end, your rep. via WhatsApp explained it was taking so long because you were backed up with too many cars in the shop. This is a direct admission that the company didn't handle their bookings. This is the main reason for actually having a booking system.
3. I asked for aftermarket parts (except with the AC coil) and learned through the final invoice that genuine parts (and prices) were used.
4. I asked for aftermarket tire quotation and received expensive brands: Dunlop/Hankook. Later we went with what was already on the front, Nexen brand (and paid quite a bit more than my last car garage prices).
5. Tires were installed on the rear and not rotated with the front, older tires. I thought this was common practice...I guess not.)
6. The delivery driver got lost & after 3 phone calls and WhatsApp messages, it was delivered. Even though my address w/ specifics was in the App.
7. In the end, this transaction had over 25 SMS/emails (redundant), countless WhatsApp messages, and several phone calls. I appreciate the transparency of the SMS approval process(w/ digital signature every time), but this level of correspondence is ludicrous.
I did value a personal phone call from someone in management to help explain the various situations, but I don't feel it was a remedy for a very inconvenient/expensive experience. Thanks for your time in reading this complaint. Hopefully, it can help with future business.
