I’ve spent over $300 on my subscription and quoted more than 30 jobs without winning any work. The competition is extremely high, and many jobs seem to be awarded based on the lowest price. Unfortunately, the return on investment hasn’t justified the cost in my experience
Misleading
If you want work/leads, look away. They show you plenty of leads on the app before you pay, then once you signed up with a plan, you only get 1 lead and can’t even contact them.

Before I bought subscription I was inundated with leads, I couldn’t believe it, 3/4 a day and all close to home. So I bought the 1st month and guess what, 1 lead that I couldn’t even contact 15 seconds after I received it. Invest your hard earned in a website 🤬🤬🤬

Their service is worst among all platforms. They send same lead to 6-7 people and they say it’s no problem. Very unhappy with Allen or service seeking. They promised 2 leads a month, 0 leads so far after 2 months. 👎

Cheating company
The leads I have not clicked still cost me money. I just bought $100 for 50 leads, and never chose auto pay. But they still take out my money on the second month.
ESSENTIALLY THEFT
This so called “service” is quite happy to take your money time after time, and are always contacting you to do so. But when you have a query about why you’ve not received a single customer response after spending $100 on leads, they’re no where to be found. It’s a trap and a money grab, don’t do it to yourself !!

Doesn’t work sound notification, user interface terrible, it’s not user friendly app. Looks like kids made app. Leads notification arriving too late. Totally one star enough for this app!

I do not recommend, I had no feedback. it was not used and even so they discounted another recharge I explained the situation and asked for a refund, and the support ignores me.

Waste of money
These guys are terrible. Hipages and Oneflare will give you all job leads big and small in your selected area without charging extra. If you want to add 10 kilometres to your radius they charge. If you want to add other aspects of work they charge. You have to spend heaps of money to get decent sized jobs that cover what you pay ServiceSeeking per month. If you go with the smallest plan to have a trial run they lock you in for 12 months and you have to pay the full 12 months to back out of it. The support staff are extremely condescending when you finally get a hold of them. I get leads in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping and when I call the lead in the morning they have already found someone, so they obviously send the leads to people who pay more earlier than those on the basic plan. Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth your business. You’ll pay ServiceSeeking more per month than the amount you’ll make out of their leads.

I tried the service for couple months, unfortunately it’s way too expensive compared to other similar services, 250$ a month for hardly one or two jobs a day and there costumer service is not pleasant at all
