It always worked when you worked it right. Big improvements to quality of life as of late.
Horrible
Crashes constantly. Tries to update constantly. Takes forever. Loses pictures and write ups. It’s honestly just horrible.
Not to good
App dos not work very well. It is very slow it does not matter what your service is WiFi cell service. App is always trying to up date to the server. It will loose pictures and service write ups randomly. Everyone at my place of work is not impressed with this app. Save your money do your research and get a better app than this one. I have been using it for the last three years and it has only gotten worse with every update they do. The customer service is poor also.

Worst app ever
App needs major update with bug fixes. Work orders do not update properly. Every time you enter a work order the app erases the order and you cannot see it again until you delete and re download the app. On two different phones same account shows different work orders ... Some show on one not the other and vise versa.
