Frustrating and inefficient
Rarely works the way I need it to. Difficult to use calendar, scheduling, and invoicing. Not intuitive for my team to use. Configuring it is difficult at best and frustrating throughout. Does not appear this is a platform built for home service providers.

The app drains battery and has more bugs than any app I’ve ever used.
Restarts, logs out, antiquated processes.
I hate this app with all my heart but for ed to use it.
Update: been forced to use this due to being part of a franchise and this app is absolutely the worst. By far the worst experience of any app ever.

Network issues galore
I’ve switched my service providers twice and upgraded my phone to the newest 17 Pro Max and this app is the problem. It’s not your phone. This app has constant network issues galore network issue here network issue there this app straight is garbage.
Suboptimal efficiency
Constant network issues when in the field trying to document problems. this app has a lot of catching up to do.
