Since using Siro, I’ve gotten a much better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses as a salesman. I’ve been able to improve on my skills across the board and better connect with my customers. 10/10 would recommend!

Best App

My company unfortunately chose to use a different AI, but this one was far superior. Highly recommend

New Design is Bad

They recently redesigned the app interface and it’s bad. My biggest complaint is seeing posted recordings from other on our team. You can now only see recordings for the past month or two, I want to view those from the past year or two.

Great app, missing key features

For the most part, the app works great for what it’s intended to do. But I miss a lot of recordings because the app does not automatically resume or at least prompt me to resume after I take a call. I also can’t search by content. The app needs to be able to pick up on what is said during an interaction and that transcribed content should be searchable across all your recordings. I want to be able to type in a name or an address or something that was talked about to be able to find which recording I even need to listen to in the first place. It would be great if the recordings were Geo-tagged like photos and notes for easy correlation.
Need to have the option to record video as well as audio. The AI should be able to give a basic description of that video as well.
It would also be nice to have a widget I could put on the home screen to immediately start a recording.
It would be nice to have some interconnectivity with the phone and contacts app as well so that calls could have the option of being recorded either incoming or outgoing.
There should also be a voice profile for each user that you either set up initially or the AI learns your voice, so the user is always labeled correctly in the transcript.
