This app is confusing and unfriendly to use. Multiple Notifications pop up AFTER an action has been taken. Notifications will arrive saying message yet there is NO message is viewable. Some pics load, others do not. Some details do not show, such as telephone number of job poster. Ended up simply texting potential offers to avoid the messaging issues with this app. Very poor.

Can’t get any job done because the ap will not allow an account to be created so I cannot submit job details. Very frustrating!!
Refund my money!
I cancelled a job for a reason out of my control, and not only have they charged me a $38 cancelation fee (which I can stomach) they have kept all the monies for the task that was never performed!

I’ve just paid for leads and now I cannot get them up on screen. It’s very clunky and it’s painful to have to log in with email address and pass word every time. Hoping I can learn how to use the damn thing, the only app in my phone that’s has cost me any money Actually I’m coming to realise that the app is a scam, as most ‘leads’ don’t really exist. No way of contacting the support team, neither by phone and no one replies to your mails DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP, ITS A RORT

Great platform for all different jobs for all different types of businesses and sole traders
I have been using ServiceSeeking for over 7 years and I have never had any issues whatsoever. There’s none of this 10 businesses going after 1 quote and the staff actually care and try and help us businesses out. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want to take your business to the next level then give ServiceSeeking a go, you will not be disappointed at all guys.

I have accepted some jobs but there was no contact details , job just pop out of my phone and the job already fill up with other trade contractors? Not happy and they only have 2 jobs posted for 1 week and with lots of trades people tried to get the job coz Leads can't get anymore jobs

Haven’t used this app in a while and now that I have used again, can’t get jobs to post using iPad - have to use laptop. No one responded to really simple job to hang two mirrors. Seems a bit odd as on previous uses, have been inundated. Maybe tradies no longer use?
