App doesn’t work
As soon as you go into the App it white screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone did I miss something

When I enter my license plate and state it says that it wasn’t found, when I took a picture of my license plate it said it didn’t recognize the image when I tried to enter in the make and model it would allow me to select anything but the year. Might be a decent app but I’ll never know since you can’t get passed step 1.

Great service but buggy app
Lots of problems in the app and there is no way I can provide feedback. Service is great though.
Didn't get back to me
Submitted a request that was active for a few days before closing out with no response. Happened again. I called maybe 4+ times and no one answered. It's difficult to do business with a company when I can't get a response.
Very disappointing company
Terrible company! I have a small fleet of cars that need servicing via Getaround and apparently they have a partnership with service up so i thought i would use them. I booked my service appointments through their app and their prices were really high even with my 20% discount. We negotiated a bit lower and the following day as they were about the service the vehicles, i get a text stating they are not willing to work with me since im looking for cheap products and they cannot make profit based on the price we negotiated? Ha? Who does that? Just terrible service, i would stay away from them.
