Would like zapier intagration

Love the app, but would like it to be easier to connect it to Xavier so I can have it go directly from Facebook ads to the CRM

This app is super helpful and easy to use. At the time of the review this app is still young, so people downloading should keep that in mind if they find little bugs. It’s still five stars because the developer(s) listen to us and constantly update it.

Too confusing

I can’t find the items that I created… too confusing for me. And why can’t I create anything??

Totally understand how that can feel at first — but I promise it’s actually very easy and straightforward, and everything is clearly labeled in the app 👍 A couple quick things that should help: Items you create (leads, customers, jobs, etc.) live in the CRM/Pipeline tab — that’s your main hub When you create something, it goes into a stage like “New Lead” → “Quote Sent” → etc. To create anything, just hit the “+” button — that’s the main action button throughout the app If you’re not seeing what you created, it’s usually just: In a different pipeline stage Or under a different tab (like Quotes vs Jobs)

I love awesome

There are a few things in life. I like better than Tacos and awesome apps so when I sat down with my taco and opened this awesome app, I smiled the largest I have since my puppy was reincarnated as another puppy. This app works super well and I’ve even heard the developer is sexy as Frick.

The app is actively used by real service businesses and is continuously improving with frequent updates. While AI helps enhance certain features, ServiceWizard is professionally engineered software, not an AI-generated experiment. We’re confident in the stability, safety, and quality of the current version and encourage users to experience the latest release.

Great app just one thing

I want to start off by saying this app is amazing it’s really helpful for my business and it’s really easy to use I just have one little thing. When I try to schedule a job I try to choose a client and all I see is just a grey line that appears under it so I can’t choose which results in me not being able to schedule a job.

Exactly what I’ve been needed for my power washing business

I’ve been running my power washing business for a few years, and keeping track of customers, jobs, and payments was always a headache. This app has made it so much easier. The CRM side is clean and easy to use — scheduling, reminders, and customer history are all right there.

What really stands out is the AI job pricing. I can plug in the details of a project and it gives me a smart estimate that actually lines up with what the job is worth. It saves me time and makes me more confident when quoting new clients.
