Excellent customer service service
Small local banks are the way to go ! You want to be somewhere people know your name and you’re not just a number or a way to be cashed in on. I am more than a financial opportunity and ServisFirst is the Best! They make sure the staff knows their customer’s needs and names. They communicate effectively and efficiently, the extra mile is something they are constantly going for their customers. I do not want to be at any other bank so they are stuck either me and my millions !

Every single employee regardless of title or role, local and corporate are always AMAZING! I never have trouble contacting anyone and am always easily directed to the right person. They respond immediately and assist in whatever needs I may have. Every bank- every business should model themselves after the employees, managers, directors, etc @ Service1st. Horrible service
I have had at least a dozen problems with moving money around with this app. Half the time it says error loading and this is during functional hours as well not anytime past 10 pm. Genuinely don’t understand how it’s my money if I can only access it when the system may or may not be down depending the day

Problem getting card to function has required calls and in-person office visit. After weeks of card not working I am again unable to reach any Customer Service.

Takes multiple attempts to deposit a check. Did not have this issue with older version of app.

Please have bill pay as before all listed and we can pay all at one time.. such a hassle to do one at a time. Thanks
Upgrade
It is 100 times better than the last app but still has a ways to go. There are still no push notifications for each transaction constantly having to open the app to get a balance but other than that it’s OK
