Garbage
How could these app “developers” call themselves developers when all they’ve done is make the literal worst app in the App Store. Literally thought about leaving YESCO because the app is literally garbage.
Night patrol driver
Worst app I’ve ever used. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use it for work. Constantly drops off and you have to reset it. I cannot tell you how many accidents I’ve almost been in trying to use this app. I gave it one star but that is a stretch. I use it only because it’s the only thing available!!

Horrid
App for taking work pictures, that crashes constantly after taking a picture.
Glitchy
I’ve have to use this app for my job. I’ve used it on two separate iPhones in the last 8 months. At first I didn’t have any issues, then the more I used it and the more information it stored on the “device “ the more issues I have had, my 1st attempt to get help with the help desk, I was given their trouble shooting pdf and was never contacted for a follow up to see if the issues were fixed I felt like I was being ignored. Then when another employee complained to the boss about their experiences the boss reached out to all employees who use this app, and I stepped up. The help desk team has admitted that they are aware of the “follow me “ function that doesn’t work. I have explained to them about the delays about having the map portion either being slow to show the map type with the color coded waypoints, or not working all together after creating a patrol or having to switch back from another app. I have explained how at random after taking a photo the app will crash and fail to save an image in the patrol list afterwards, and it goes back to the main map immediately or completely crashes altogether forcing you to reopen the app. I have explained that the app will freeze and your forced to close the app and reopen it. Now after Apple messed up the camera it still fails to focus when trying to take close up images even after the IOS update that was designed to fix that bug.
How frustrating it is when you are trying to synchronize your photos and the screen will time out and when that happens it fails to upload and synchronize everything forcing you to either go into the phone’s settings go to displays and brightness go to time out and adjust it to “never “ so that it can synchronize everything without having a error because they can’t fix it to where it can run in the background.
With the map issue, since the follow me function doesn’t work the gps isn’t always accurate and it fails to let you create a patrol because the device doesn’t recognize that you are actually at your waypoint it thinks you are at your last waypoint so it will show an error which forces you to close the app and reopen it and it goes back to your last area of waypoints even when you finish creating a patrol.
Their are a lot of bugs and I’m being told that no one else is coming forward with complaints about my issues and that these are just isolated to my device.
I’ve provided screen recordings to the help desk and screenshots.
I’m doing all the troubleshooting they have suggested with no resolution and I’m trying to come up with my own, by keeping a log of what I’m doing and how I am doing it.
