Sorry for the frustration. We do offer free content so users can try the app before upgrading, but full access requires a paid plan as we invest heavily in creating, reviewing, and improving our study material. We understand test costs are already expensive, and we try to help by offering free trials, discounts, and free study content when available. Please email us at support@eztestprep.com and we’ll be happy to help you find the best option. We also do not provide the test itself, but are here to help study and prep for the ServSafe Exams.

Could not cancel after use

Thanks for leaving a review. We apologize if there was any confusion on how to manage your account. We send several emails with links and have information in our FAQs to help navigate. We also have several ways to reach out to us through the app or through support@eztestprep.com. We are also adding more links and instructions inside the settings as well, but you can purchase through several different ways and so it's difficult to show everyone the correct way for them to cancel, which is why we send personalized emails.
