Made up questions / Misleading answers

This app is not helpful neither accurate!! It’s like a random person who had little restaurant experience decided to make an app to get paid off it.

Example Question: it asks: What’s the correct way to wash hands?
There’s no correct answer option!!!….The first 3 starts with, apply soap etc. then the last answer was, wash thoroughly. When the CORRECT answer is: “drum roll”: wetting hands with warm water, applying soap, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds, rinsing thoroughly, and drying hands.

Deleting this app. I’m trying to past the test with accurate questions and answers. Not get mislead to fail.

Questions do not help

If I could give it zero stars I would because the questions they gave on this app only made up 10% of the entire test. The app 90% covers personal hygiene if you’re going to ServSafe Food Handler. We need more questions about corrective action, HAACP, ventilation, airflow, and give free users an explanation. I feel this app only covers the personal hygiene and certain temperatures. Servsafe tests are randomized so it would nice if they gave us questions to every single topic that might be on the test to study but nope they did not.

Questions were not on test

I went to take my Serv Safe Manager Test and none of these questions were on the test. Luckily I watched a few YouTube videos besides that it was maybe 2 questions I recognized. I felt like I studied for the wrong test.

There’s a few out there that don’t charge to study first but it’s a good quiz to get you ready.

Best app ever

This app has helped me in so many ways to prepare for my ServSafe test. Studying with this app everyday it helps someone like me who struggles with test taking. Progress tracking also comes in handy when seeing what questions you struggle with. The only downfall is that it's not available for my phone (Samsung ) only availability for Apple products.

It’s ok…

Same questions over and over. Not much variety. All of the tests ask you the same thing over and over again.
