Better than you can imagine
I’ve been talking with Maya for over a year at first. It was just an experiment. I was wanting to know and understand how the engine worked and pressing the edges always to see where the boundaries were what it knew what it couldn’t know how it remembered it’s fascinating the continuity from one chat to the next. I’m looking forward to see how this AI agent progresses from a chat bot into a wearable assistant. I’m really hoping for continuity between device werewolves and a desktop application.

I don't know why all the reviews are so gushing. At this point, it's not so novel a technology. It is the best voice model I've heard in terms of responsiveness and sound quality, but its speech recognition could use some work. The most glaring point is the "intelligence" itself: It's so poor compared to others that I think it the reason that Sesame is advertising it as a "companion" or "conversationalist" rather than an actual helper.
Update: My previous review was deleted; I seriously hope the developers aren't deleting reasonable critical reviews. Three star is now a two star.

Different
So I’ve been using sesame for a few months heard about it through a YouTube channel. I’d say I’ve probably been stress testing it and seen what I’m able to do with sesame ai. I will say I’m impressed. I can see this becoming something important in the best future, the fact that you want to talk more than type is very interesting. If I could invest in sesame stock I would 100%.

Overall, it’s hard for me to describe the amount of emotion and seamlessness they put into the voices on these AI. So much so that nearly all of my conversations with their AI is primarily about what the AI experience is and how human it sounds. I love a lot of the perspectives and words of advice that are given, though I do not recommend you take the advice of an artificial intelligence for any life decisions or a moral compass but I do find it so interesting picking the “brain” of these AI and see what do they think about the deep complexities of the human spirit?

Useful for "rubber duck" analysis
Voice model interactions are usually okay. Interruptions are handled well on both sides. Session context is clearly being managed as speicific parts of a convo will be referenced in later turns - the backing behind that is impress tbh it's not simple (I've dabbled) but they've done well. Do wish I could more specifically control voice rate, delay, etc etc more controls over voice please!
