What I like about the app and it’s aim is the choices it affords me as a personal trainer. I can decide the type session I deliver which can be in direct response to participants preferences. Also, being able to choose the location and time has added benefits in managing my time effectively. For those taking part they can have fun getting fit with friends - no member fees, contracts or get clauses! Just pay and play. Another benefit is knowing participant numbers prior to the session. This facilitates accurate programming and planning if the SeshMe session. All- round a very good app. Get on board! Andy w
