Here is what I sent to support. I’ve noticed no feedback, so not sure who is overlooking the engineering of this software. Knock, knock. Your software is faulty.

There are several issues I’ve run into with Setellite. Although the premise and implementation are solid, the functionality for iPad and the Web Interface are not.
-while working with no internet, the software kept asking me to Sign In. Then when I choose to work offline, it works. However, if I leave the app to get a reference from my video feed and return, it asks me sign in again. I respond with WorkOffline. I can do this until I am no longer able to log in, and have to wait 10 minutes. This does not work for me on a busy set.
-The web interface is buggy. When entering info, some fields lock up, continue to flash and no entries appear. I have to close the page and reopen. Then it works.
The reviews say it all. If it works, great! And it did when it was the purchased version years ago. Now with the subscription based elements, for some users the program fails to function properly .
You have a wonderful concept, but the engineering fails the test. It’s 2025. Why aren’t you achieving 5stars across the board? Answer: fix your buggy software.

Good… in theory
This app is great for on set use as a way of keeping all data in a somewhat organized area. However, the bugs and missing features makes the app at times, useless. Why have presets if you can’t change them? Why have lens info if they randomly delete? Don’t bother trying to go online, as the app will crash pretty fast. Back up your data constantly unless you want to wake up the next day with half your slates gone.
The slateboard, gear, library, references section and notepad for overall/take specific are great. Even the export system is good. Everything else though, needs a rework. As the other review mentions, this is not feasible for fast pace work environments and you’re better off using a notepad and pen. Typically with VFX these days, we have less and less time between shots to wrangle data so having to fight through bugs and crashes makes our lives even more difficult.
I will continue to use this app on the show I’m on and hope that it gets an update soon but for the price we pay, it is far from worth it.

Latest version is broken 3.0
Will change to 5 once I can get this up and going again but really disappointed with not being to get into my account onto my iPad from the United States. Also we work in inches not in decimals we need the option to put 3’ 4” only lets the user do 3.4 under measurements — which isn’t correct.
Buggy
Nice idea and layout but super buggy, not usable in an onset environment if you’re on a fast paced show. Program crashes often especially if in portrait mode.. connection constantly times out, forced logouts if you switch to another app.. there’s many things to work out this may be good in the future but for now it should be listed as in beta.

Not working on IPad Pro
Can’t create or change any project settings, everything’s greyed out, made two accounts neither are functioning
