Can’t log in and can’t get password reset

I bought 6 sets of an artist. I cannot get them to download in the app. The downloads from the web sites stops 3/4 way through all the sets. So the website is useless too. Plus I can’t get in touch with anyone to fix this problem. So I am out $150 for the sets I purchased . You are streaming the music so forever you have to rely on the company to play your purchase that doesn’t play right to begin with. There is no way to transfer to your apple music. It’s a complete scam. I would give them 0 ratings if I could .

Not a Download
First, I wasn’t able to “download” via the app by following instructions on the card I purchased at the show. Error said go to website. Website search said “no set found”. Support has not responded. Went to the website on the laptop and found you had to search by “most recent” and not by artist. Finally “downloaded” the set. It’s not a download, it’s just streaming on the website. So we’re dependent on the site forever to play. The live show was fantastic. The recording I’m listening to is sub-par. Artist’s voice is way louder than the instruments. Having purchased recordings of live shows by this artist previously, this one is clearly of lesser quality. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
