attempted to register the RFiD, 3 times i tried, 3 times they tell me the system was down. This is too much already.

App doesn’t have any buttons to process the billing, even login through website has the same problem.

Could you please fix the app for us? It has been incredibly frustrating, especially for those of us who are working abroad and unable to access the app at all. Just last week, our daughter returned home from the U.K. and had a terrible experience because the app wasn't working. Despite her explanation that the app was malfunctioning, the security guards refused to let her enter. They could have checked the resident names on the system! We have already reached out to the management through email, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.

We have been having the issue for sometime now. Reinstalling app does not work. The issue also happen on other iphone as well. This is very inconvenience as we cant assign access, view bills , log reports or do anything on the app anymore.
