About

Setlist puts your band's, orchestra's or choir's sheet music on your tablet and phone. Manage repertoire and setlists, write on the music with a pen or your finger, practise with backing tracks, and at rehearsal or on stage the leader opens the next piece on every device at once. Everything stays on your devices: no account, no cloud, no ads. REPERTOIRE • Import PDF sheet music, ChordPro songs and photos of your music, several at once if you like, with parts per instrument • A status for every piece: Current, Rehearsing or Archive • Fast full-text search by title, composer, arranger and genre • Filter by genre, category, ensemble and your own part • Play stats: when a piece was last played and how often SETLISTS FOR EVERY GIG Build programmes with date, venue, parts, breaks and notes. The app adds up the playing time and the total time including breaks, and keys can be changed per gig. On stage you go from piece to piece and always see what comes next. ANNOTATE WITH PEN OR FINGER • Pen, highlighter, eraser, text, shapes and music symbols right on the page • Apple Pencil and other styluses with pressure, while your finger stays free for turning pages • One slim floating toolbar you can move to any edge; tap a tool again to open colours, width and opacity • Favourites, your own stamps, shape recognition and copying between pages • Layers you can show and hide; the original music stays untouched BACKING TRACKS AND JUMP LINKS • Recordings (MP3, M4A, WAV …) for every piece, several per piece if you like • Change the tempo without changing the pitch • Save A–B loops, with count-in, a pause before each repeat and a slowly rising tempo • Page turns by time: turn along once, then the app turns the pages to the music • Jump links on the sheet for repeats, D.S. and coda • Keeps playing in the background READING ON STAGE • Half-page turns: the next half is already visible • Bluetooth page turners and pedals (e.g. AirTurn, PageFlip) • Stage mode: screen stays on at full brightness • Bookmarks, light and dark mode LIVE MODE OVER WI-FI Connect your group's devices with a QR code on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot, with no internet and no server. The leader picks the setlist and piece, and everyone's own part opens. “Call piece” tells everyone what comes next, and “Ready?” shows the leader at once who is good to go. When the leader plays a backing track, everyone still turns their own pages — the leader can let the others follow along when all read the same sheet. Over their own music the leader can bring up a band overview: who is ready, who is on which page, which part nobody plays, who is missing music and who raised a hand and why. One tap shows a member's part at their page, another tap returns to your own music. Missing parts can be sent straight from the overview. If the leading device drops out, another one takes over the session. The join code can be renewed and single devices can be blocked. TOOLS • Reorder, rotate and delete PDF pages, and straighten skewed scans • Built-in metronome • Resize ChordPro lyrics and chords with two fingers • Encrypted backups with selective restore • Optionally export annotated parts automatically after each rehearsal • Trash for deleted pieces • English and German PRIVACY Sheet music, annotations, recordings and setlists live only on your device. Sync runs directly between devices on the local network. No account, no tracking, no ads.
