About

SetPace is a running & strength app that lives on your watch. Music sets your cadence, a coach speaks your pace, and your watch times every rest. ■ Music sets your cadence · Running loops at 170, 180 and 190 BPM — one beat per step (about 31 minutes each) · Downloaded once, stored on the watch — plays offline, no iPhone needed · A live cadence rail shows the moment your stride locks onto the beat ■ Your coach speaks every kilometer · Split pace and elapsed time, spoken — no need to look at the screen · Start, pause and resume are announced too · Choice of coach voices, in English and Korean · Listening to another music app? SetPace just dips the volume and speaks ■ Strength, on the same watch · Tap the screen to finish a set · The rest timer fills the edge of the screen — tune it with the crown · Logged to Apple Health automatically, just like runs ■ Glanceable while you run · Big numbers, nothing extra · Current pace, distance, heart rate and splits, colored against your target pace · Auto-pause at traffic lights · Start straight from a watch face complication ■ Your history, on iPhone · Runs and lifts in one logbook · Weekly and monthly stats with a hall of records (longest run, fastest pace, biggest month) · Show Off — your course becomes a poster, sized for stories and feeds · Per-shoe mileage and replacement tracking ■ No account, no server Your health data stays in Apple Health on your device and never leaves it. No sign-up, no ads. Requires Apple Watch (watchOS 11 or later). Music and voice guidance play through connected earphones.
