About

Setpoint is a lifting log where your Apple Watch counts the reps. ■ Your wrist keeps count · The number climbs with every rep. If it's off, turn the crown to fix it on the spot · End a set with a double tap, the Action button or the on-screen button, and your rest timer runs · Build a plan on your phone, send it to the watch, and each exercise comes up in order ■ Your pace picks the weight · Pause mid-set without slowing down and you see "Room left" · Two sets in a row at the same weight with room left, and the next set is suggested one step heavier · When your first 3 reps at a weight get faster than when you started, it tells you it's time to go up · After the workout, each exercise shows the rep where you started to slow down ■ Invisible growth Same weight, same reps, but faster first 3 reps means you got stronger. Setpoint shows that change as a number. ■ Your history on the phone · A month calendar of the days you trained; tap a day to see everything you did · Rep pace for every set, and your personal bests · Volume trends over 4 and 13 weeks · A shareable workout summary card · A Smart Stack widget on the watch ■ Works without a watch Log sets by hand on your iPhone. ■ Your log stays on your device No account needed. Your workout records are stored only on your device. kg / lb · English · 한국어

What's New in Setpoint

1.0.1

October 18, 2026

• The Workout tab now has weekly cards. Swipe through this week's top muscles, what's next today, and your streak. • New "Invisible Growth" card. When the weight and the reps stay the same but your first three reps got faster, Setpoint finds it and tells you. • More accurate set starts. The watch waits for your setup motion before opening a set, so getting into position is no longer counted as reps. • The first-run walkthrough now uses real screens and swipes left and right. • Fixed the history calendar, streak week counting, and widget numbers disagreeing with each other.
