Unreliable service
I’ve been using Sett for over a year, and have made the decision to stop using the service. I’ve dealt with a glitchy scheduling system that in several occasions failed to schedule cleanings. I’ve also encountered 5+ occasions over the last year where a cleaning was scheduled but the cleaners never showed up. These left me frantically apologizing to guests and trying to get cleaners to come. This service has been the source of so much of my stress over the last months and I’m over it.

I'm sorry to hear that from a client. Especially after 207 cleanings done along 3 years of service. Unfortunatly we had some no showed up cleanings, but those was reduced to 2 where one of them was concerned to a last minute schedule. At Sett Solutions we have our policy when clients sign up for a parterneship, where we are clear that cleanings must be schedule with at least 8 hours in advance or the client might contact our manager to properly schedule the cleaning. Our system do not schedule cleanings with last minute notice, once we need time to adjust cleaners schedule to guarantee the job will be done.
