About

Turn scattered shared-expense receipts into a settlement record you can check and export. Add a receipt from Camera, Photos, Files, or manual entry. SettleDocket copies the chosen source into its private local storage, runs Apple Vision text recognition on the device, and leaves every line editable for review. Assign each line to one or more people, choose who paid, and add tax, tip, discounts, refunds, or fees. Equal, proportional, and custom allocations use integer currency minor units with deterministic remainder handling, so totals reconcile exactly. Review every receipt, see per-person paid and owed balances, and get a suggested transfer plan. Finalize the bill split, then export a portable settlement pack as PDF, CSV, and JSON. The PDF can include per-person statements, allocation tables, calculation notes, and copied source-receipt appendices. SettleDocket works without an account, backend, ads, analytics, or tracking. Receipts, recognized text, and calculations stay on your device. Files leave only when you choose a destination in Apple's share sheet. Paid download. No subscriptions or in-app purchases. SettleDocket is an organizational and arithmetic tool; it does not move money or provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify source receipts and totals before relying on an export.
