Just fix it.

I try to connect my LS to see the difference between the 3rd ver. And it tells me this

“ 서버에서 버전정보를 가져오는것에 실패하였습니다.
관리자에게 문의해 주세요”

Which means “Failed to retrieve version information from the server.
Please contact the administrator”

It’s unfair to those who have this
Version and can’t even access it’s
full potential… please fix it

앱 연결이 안돼요

연결하려고 기다리면 파란불 뜨면서 ‘연결이 완료되었습니다’ 라는 말은 뜨는데 짧게 로딩 걸리다가 ‘초기화 후 다시 시도해주세요’ 라는 말이 뜨고요, 그래서 다시 하면 또 저 말이 뜹니다 저 두개가 무한 반복 밖에 안돼요 다른건 아무것도 되지 않아요ㅠ 고쳐주세요 제발🥲

아니 몇달 전에 시도했는데도 안되더니
아직까지 안되면 어쩌라는 거죠?
블루투스 문제인가 하고 껐다가 다시 켜서
계속 했는데 다시시도를 계속 뜨더니
제발 업데이트봄 해주세요 ㅠ

서버에서 버전 정보룰 가져오는데에 실패했습니다

제가 이번에 폰을 안드로이드에서 아이폰으로 바꿨는데 이 문자가 계속 뜨더라고요 아이폰에서만 생기는건가요?? 뉴럿봉 초기화를 하고 연결을 반복해봤는데도 안되더라고요ㅠ 빠른 수정 부탁합니다ㅠㅠ

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ어이가 없네요 하도 연결이 안되길래 제품불량인가 뭐지 하면서 봤는데 앱문제는 맞는데 리뷰가 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 2년전인데 그때도 연결이 안된다고 하던데 아직도 안되네요??? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 2년전에도 수두룩하게 안된다고 리뷰많은데 관리자님 뭐하세요?? 그냥 하지말라는건가여....블루투스고 뭐고 그냥 일반모드나 쓰라는건가요....저도 색깔좀 바꿔봅시다....ㅠㅠㅠ 도대체 뭐가 문제인가요....??? 저의 뉴럿봉은 아무잘못이 없슴니다..빠른개선 다시한번 부탁드립니다

I bought my light stick a couple days ago and I have been trying to connect but the app closes after like 3 seconds of opening

Can’t connect

I had reinstalled the app onto a new device but the lightstick will not connect within the app. It is an official lightstick and I initialized it like the app recommended but it still won’t connect.

Not working

I was in Vancouver concert 08-10-22 but this app wont connect to my light stick. I never had a chance to sync it during the concern so it was soo useless. 😩

doesn’t connect :(

about a week and a half ago, when i first got my light stick (real, not fake), it connected!! but now, it doesn’t. i have tried resetting my phone, initializing the light stick, redownloading the app, turning bluetooth on and off, etc. the ver 2 app tells me that version info from the server is unavailable and to contact a manager

Lightstick

I just got my lightstick and i can’t connect it at all and I ordered it from WEVERSE so I know it’s real but when I open the app it doesn’t spin around the Bluetooth and won’t connect. I go to a concert at the end of this month so please fix the app

Firmware (null) ?

I am able to connect my light stick on another phone but not my own. My app says “firmware (null)” and I don’t know how to update it.. I think this may be the reason it is not searching for Bluetooth devices..
