Not sure if its just not updated to connect Ver.3 or not

So I bought this app and the Ver.2 but it appears my Ver.3 Carat bong is not connecting to neither of the apps (i am currently having a thunderstorm which may be the reason)
Im just hoping my lightstick is not defected in anyway 😟
Im just slightly concerned since I bought it off the Weverse Shop app

This only can connect the v2 but not for v3 . Please Upgrade for Version 3 !!!!! i’m begging

PLEASE FIX THIS

I know my lightstick is real I got it off of Weverse for crying out loud it used to connect to both of the apps that are on here but it doesn’t anymore I know there isn’t any seventeen concerts anytime soon but I still want to have if to mess around with it I want it to be colorful and bright to have its rainbow colors but not this nor the other app will connect to it
