Good game but can access it lately

Hi, it is always force quit when I try to get into the game. Can you please fix it?

Great game, love it. My absolute favorite! Something is wrong though, I opened the app to pay to remove adds and it shut right down. The game loads to the main screen then it just disappears. Wonโ€™t work anymore. Please help!
