Why can’t I unsubscribe?
I tried to unsubscribe and the process was so long. Why can’t you just put a button to do that in the app itself. After running through your FAQ, I found the link to unsubscribe…and even that doesn’t work.

The app froze frequently and you don’t even have one music from Tigray.
Full of advertisements and May be malware too
This app is full of advertisements, may be malware too. I deleted the app within five minutes of installing it.

While registering in US through IOS after getting the confirmation message it says in every single trial registration failure error.

Amazing app . Awesome features. Use this app only for true artist’s music. We don’t need to use it for trash music.
One more thing to notify for the developers of this app is that I could see some people still sharing the music via telegram and other social medias. So, please restrict the device which is not the part of the subscription.
I would recommend one feature the download feature only allows to listen the music off line NOT to send to a different devices.

Payment method
We are living in Ethiopia having IPhone does not mean we are using dollars for payment we cannot upgrade the payment method using enat bank or tele birr any solutions??????????

Good app but bad execution
I really don’t recommend this app until you find a way for us to pay here in Ethiopia, I mean if you have an album and u don’t want it to be listened anywhere then fix the payment method here in Ethiopia. Other wise your app will fail am telling you!!! Am really disappointed!!!
Session clears out while checking message for verification.
On the verification flow user should be able to go to other apps like massages and come back to the same state. On the current implementation section clears out and starts from choose region.

The IOS version of this app doesn’t work at all. It won’t send a text for verification, i tried for over a month and still nothing
